摘要
我国的劳动力市场存在着培育时间不长、多重分割、信息服务不健全等特征,因此高职教育以劳动市场的需求与变化为导向将会遇到较大的困难。劳动力市场上的就业压力及人力资本投资的正回报率等因素将导致过度教育现象。高职教育应着力培养学生进入劳动力市场后所需具备的适应能力与发展能力。高职教育能帮助弱势群体提高其人力资本并打破劳动力市场分割所造成的藩篱,因而有利于社会公平。发挥劳动力市场对高职教育的正确导向作用也有赖于政府的协调与服务。
Owing to the limitations of the short developmental history, multiple segmentation and insufficient service available in labor market, higher professional education would encounter many difficulties when orientating itself to the demands and changes of labor market. The investment in higher profes- sional education may help to improve both individual and social profit of human capital, while the factors such as employment pressure and positive return ratio of the investment of human capital also result in over-education. The orientation of labor market in higher professional education shall not be simply considered as the orientation to the present employment situation, but as an orientation to the future adapt- ability and developmental ability. Higher professional education can help those groups with weak social status to get through the boundaries caused by the segmentation of labor market, so as to benefit social equality. The proper orientation of labor market in higher professional education relies on the coordination and service of government.
