外固定支架治疗桡骨远端不稳定性骨折20例临床分析

Surgical Treatment of External Fixator in 20 Cases in Patients with Unstable Distal Radius Fractures

目的探讨外固定架治疗桡骨远端不稳定性骨折的临床疗效。方法我科于2005～2010年间,采用超关节微型单侧多功能外固定支架治疗不稳定性桡骨远端骨折20例,并进行术后随访及疗效评定。结果本组20例均获随访,术后随访8～24个月,平均12个月,骨折均临床愈合。X片示:有连续性骨小梁通过骨折线,无针孔感染、第二掌骨骨折、桡神经浅支损伤等并发症发生。按Jakin评分标准:优10例,良8例,可2例。结论外固定支架治疗桡骨远端不稳定骨折,具有操作简单、安全、创伤小、复位固定可靠,骨折愈合后去除方便等优点,疗效满意,值得临床推广使用。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of surgical external fixation in the treatment of unstable fractures of the distal radius.Methods 20 cases of such patients,from 2005 to 2010 in our hospital,who were adopted ultra-micro unilateral multifunctional external joint fixation surgery treatment,were followed-up and studied.Results The followed up time was 8 months to 24 months,an average of 12 months.The all fractures have reached clinical healing,X-ray showed a continuity of trabecular bone through the fracture line.No pinhole′s infection,the second metacarpal bone fractures,superficial branch of radial nerve injury and other complications occurred.According to Jakin scoring,excellent in 10 cases,good in 8 cases,effect in 2 cases.Conclusion The method were simple,safe,minimally invasive fixation reliable,easy removal after healing.It is satisfaction with the surgical treatment and worth to be extened in the treatment of unstable distal radius fractures.
