摘要
根据SiC灭磁电阻灭磁试验得到的大、小能量冲击下SiC灭磁电阻耗能和表面最大温升之间的关系,提出一种对引进SiC灭磁电阻组件进行离线能量冲击测温检验质量的方法,测量SiC组件表面各部分温升,计算其表面均温系数,检查SiC灭磁电阻组件是否存在个别材质不均匀、有严重质量缺陷的SiC片,及时处理,确保发电机严重事故灭磁安全,可供发电机灭磁装置设计、招标、运行、维修参考。
After analyzing and summarizing the relationship between SiC de-excitation resister's intake energy and surface maximum temperature rising with large and small energy injection test respectively, this paper put forward a method to check the SiC de-excitation resister module's quality by measuring and analyzing the tempretrue after offline energy injection. Measure the resister's different surface zone's temperture rising, calculate the surface temperature equilibrium, check if there are defect or nonuniform SiC resister pieces packaged in the resister module and dispose immediately to insure the security of generator' de-excitation by fault. This method can be the reference for generator de-excitation system's call for bids, design, operation and maintaining.
