摘要
为指导三峡—葛洲坝梯级高效调度运行,充分考虑下游水位与出库流量的不同步现象,根据下游水位的指数消减特征,提出了以出库流量作为输入因子的下游水位经验递推方法。实例表明,采用该方法后,葛洲坝水电站下游水位计算的准确度和精度分别提高了20.8%和36.8%;另外,该方法在小误差出现概率、大误差持续时间、极端误差出现次数等方面的表现均优于尾水位曲线法。
Aiming at guiding reasonable scheduling of TGP-GP step power station, with giving thorough consideration to the asynchrony between tailwater level and storage outflow, this paper puts forward a recursive empirical method for the calculation of tailwater level, which is based on the regulation of tailwater level decreasing in exponential order and takes outflow as input factor. The results show that the empirical method can improve accuracy and precision by 20.8% and 36.8% in calculation of tailwater level. In addition, it is superior to tailwater level hydrograph method in the following fields: probability of minimum error occurs, duration of big error, and occurring times of extreme big error.
