甲母痣恶变2例报告并文献复习 被引量：2

Canceration of nevus of nail matrix:two cases report and literature review

摘要 目的提高对甲母痣恶变临床病理特征的认识。方法报告2例甲母痣恶变患者,并对相关文献进行复习。结果 2例恶性黑素瘤与甲母痣相关。结论诊断为甲母痣的患者,应根据患者情况选择手术及病理活检,以防止甲母痣恶变。 Objective To improve the recognition of the clinicopathologic charateristics of canceration of nevus of nail matrix.Method Two patients with canceration of nevus of nail matrix were reported and literatures were reviewed.Results Two cases of malignant melanoma were finally found to be associated with nevus of nail matrix.Conclusion According to the conditions of patients with nevi of nail matrix,to decide whether they should have a surgery and pathological diagnosis,for preventing or treating the canceration of nevus of the nail matrix.
