牵引推拿配合药酒治疗腰椎间盘突出症疗效分析

目的:观察牵引推拿配合药酒治疗腰椎间盘突出症的疗效。方法:治疗组75例采用牵引推拿配合药酒治疗,对照组75例采用牵引加针灸治疗。结果:治疗2周,总有效率治疗组100%、对照组73.33%,两组比较有显著性差异(P<0.05)。治疗4周,总有效率治疗组100%、对照组98.67%,两组比较无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论:牵引推拿配合药酒治疗腰椎间盘突出症较牵引加针灸治疗见效快。

Objective： To observe the therapeutic effect on lumbar disc herniation treated by traction,massage combined with medicinal liquor.Method： 75 cases were treated by traction,massage combined with medicinal liquor as the study group while 75 cases were treated by traction combined with acupuncture as the control group.Result： After 2 weeks＇ treatment,the total effective rate of the study group was 100% while that of the control group was 73.3%.There was significant difference between the two groups（P〈0.05）.After 4 weeks＇ treatment,the total effective rate of the study group was 100% while that of the control group was 98.7%.There was no significant difference between the two groups（P〉0.05）.Conclusion： Traction,massage combined with medicinal liquor has faster effect than traction combined with acupuncture.
