中西医结合治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎疗效观察

Observation of Therapeutic Effect on Chronic Atrophic Gastritis Treated by Combination of TCM and Western Medicine

目的:观察中西医结合治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎的临床疗效。方法:96例随机分为两组各48例,治疗组用补肾复萎汤、维酶素、果胶铋,对照组用维酶素、果胶铋,观察两组治疗后症状及胃镜情况。结果:治疗组总有效率93.75%,对照组总有效率77.08%,两组比较有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:中西医结合治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎疗效优于单用西药。

Objective：To observe of Chronic atrophic gastritis（spleen and stomach type） clinical efficacy.Methods：96 patients with chronic atrophic gastritis were randomLy divided into 2 groups,the 48 patients treated with Integrative Medicine,kidney soup wilt complex,enzyme-dimensional per 1g,3 times daily,colloidal bismuth pectin 120mg,4 times a day;the control group treated with pure Western Victoria enzyme per 1g,3 times daily,colloidal bismuth pectin 120mg,4 times a day.2 groups observed symptoms and endoscopy after treatment and compared the situation.Results：of the treatment group was 93.75% in control group was 77.08%,the two groups were significantly different（P〈0.05）.Conclusions：of Chronic atrophic gastritis than the control group,worthy of promotion.
