摘要
目的比较两种方法接种VX2细胞株在兔后肢传代和肝实质肿瘤的效果差异。方法 152只新西兰白兔分成两组,供体组11只注射冰冻兔VX2细胞悬液,53只注射新鲜兔VX2细胞悬液。受体组36只兔用VX2肿瘤细胞悬液注射,52只肝实质移植小瘤粒。在肿瘤生长方面的成功率和死亡率使用χ2检验或Fisher精确检验。结果通过CT、MRI影像和大体标本及病理分析证实,供体组经皮注射新鲜兔VX2细胞悬液成功率高于注射冰冻兔VX2细胞悬液得到的荷瘤兔。受体组外科方法在肝脏移植新鲜VX2瘤粒成模率高于肝脏注射新鲜兔VX2细胞悬液,显著降低了肺转移频率。结论兔后腿经皮注射新鲜兔VX2细胞悬液进行兔VX2细胞株传代和兔肝脏移植新鲜VX2肿瘤小瘤粒,能够成功建立改良移植性兔VX2肝癌模型。
Objective To compare the effects of liver tumors and passage by using two methods to inoculate VX2 Cell line in hind limb of rabbits. Methods One hundred and fifty-two New Zealand white rabbits was divided into two groups. Eleven rabbits were injected with frozen VX2 cell suspension, while 53 rabbits were injected with fresh VX2 cell suspension. In the receptor group, 36 rabbits were injected with VX2 tumor cell suspension; liver tumors of small grains were transplanted into 52 rabbits. The success or death i'ate of tumor growth was tested by the χ^2 or Fisher. Results It was confirmed by CT, MR imaging, general and pathological analysis of samples that the success rate of the donor group of percutaneous injection of fresh VX2 cell suspension to rabbit was higher than that of injection of frozen one. The success rate of the mold of transplanting surgically fresh VX2 tumor particles into the liver of receptor group was higher than that of rabbits with fresh VX2 cell suspension and it also greatly reduced the frequency of lung metastases. Conclusion Percutaneous injection to hind limb of rabbit with fresh VX2 cell suspension lines can successfully establish improved rabbit VX2 carcinoma, model.
