VEGF和TSLC1在脂溢性角化病中的表达及临床意义

Expression and significance of VEGF and TSLC1 in seborrheic keratosis

目的研究脂溢性角化病皮损组织中血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)和肺阻抑因子-1(TSLC1)的表达及临床意义。方法采用免疫组织化学SP法对30例脂溢性角化病皮损组织和15例正常皮肤组织中VEGF、TSLC的表达进行检测。结果脂溢性角化病皮损组织VEGF、TSLC1阳性表达率及表达强度均明显高于正常皮肤组织(P<0.05);VEGF、TSLC1表达与患者年龄、性别、肿瘤组织学类型均不相关(P>0.05),但与患者的病程有关(P<0.05)。结论 VEGF、TSLC1的表达与脂溢性角化病的发生发展密切相关。

Objective To investigate the expression and significance of VEGF and TSLC1 in seborrheic keratosis. Methods Immunohistochemical methods were adopted to examine the expression of VEGF, TSLC1 in 30 cases of seborrheic keratosis and 15 cases of normal control tissues. Results The over expression rates of VEGF, TSLC1 in seborrheic keratosis were significantly higher than those of normal control tissues（P 〈0.05）. The VEGF, TSLC1 expression in seborrheic keratosis tissues had no relation to the age, gender and tumor pathological type of patients （ P 〉 0. 05 ）, but was relative with the disease duration （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion . The over expression of VEGF, TSLC1 is closely related to the pathogenesis of seborrheic keratosis.
