精细制作树脂高嵌体修复磨牙大范围缺损——3年临床疗效观察 被引量:7

摘要 目的研究精细制作的树脂高嵌体修复磨牙大范围缺损临床效果。方法患者27例,患牙31颗,为牙冠大范围缺损的磨牙,已做完善根管治疗。选择松风光固化树脂和松风高温高压热聚合仪精细制作树脂高嵌体,严密黏接嘱患者按期随访(6个月复诊一次),采用USPHS标准进行临床效果评价,分别在修复后1周、0.5年、1年1、.5年2、年、2.5年、3年复诊时检查解剖外形、边缘适合性、颜色匹配、表面粗糙度、继发龋等指标,并计算各指标"可接受"率。结果 31颗牙冠大范围缺损磨牙树脂高嵌体修复后,经过1周至3年复诊检查,修复体解剖外形可接受率91.7%以上;边缘适合性可接受率为100%;颜色匹配可接受率在1周至2.5年为90%以上,3年为87.5%;表面粗糙度可接受率在1周至2.5年均为100%3,年为91.7%;龋可接受率在1周至1.5年为100%,2年为92.9%,2.5年为96.7%,3年为100%。结论精细制作树脂高嵌体可以作为磨牙大范围缺损的有效修复方法,可以获得满意的临床修复效果。 Objective To evaluate the long term clinical effect of precised-made resin onlays restoration for extensive defect molars. Methods Thirty-one extensive defect molars of 27 patients were restored with precised-made resin onlays and the clinical effects were evaluated with USPHS criteria at 1 week,0.5-year, 1.0-year, 1.5-year, 2.0-year, 2.5-year, 3-year recalled time. Results After 3 years application, none of the resin onlays debonded, and "acceptable" degree rate of anatomical form were more than 91.7% ; marginal adaptation were 100% ; "acceptable" degree rate of color match were more than 87.5 % ; "acceptable" degree rate of surface roughness were more than 91.7% , and "acceptable" degree rate of caries were morethan 92.9%. Conchision The precised-made resin onlay is a good restoration method for extensive defect molars and the long term clinical effect is stable.
