氦氖激光联合药物治疗带状疱疹疗效观察

Observation on the efficacy of He-Ne laser in combination with drug treatment for herpes zoster

目的评价氦氖激光联合药物治疗带状疱疹疗效及预后。方法带状疱疹患者102例随机分为两组,各51例。治疗组采用药物与氦氖激光联合治疗,对照组单用药物治疗。结果治疗组患者总有效率为92.16%(47/51),平均止疱时间5.16天;对照组总有效率为74.51%(38/51),平均止疱时间7.73天。两组在痊愈率、总有效率及平均止疱时间上均有显著性差异。结论氦氖激光与药物联合治疗带状疱疹在缩短病程及控制后遗神经痛(PHN)方面均明显优于单独应用药物治疗。

Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy and prognosis of He-Ne laser in combination with drug treatment for herpes zoster. Methods One hundred and two patients with herpes zoster were randomly divided into two groups. He-Ne laser plus drug treatment was given in the test group （51 patients）. Other 51 patients as a control group were treated with drug treatment only. Results The total effective rate was 92.16% （47/51） in the test group and 74.51% （38/51） in the control group. The average time of vesicle-recovering was 5.16 days and 7.73 days in the test group and control group respectively. There was a statistical difference observed in cure rate, the total effective rate and the average time of vesicle-recovering between the two groups （P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusion He-Ne laser in combination with drug treament is much better than drug treament only in the treatment of herpes zoster not only on shortening the course of disease but also on its PHN-controling.
