激光熔覆工艺参数对Ni基WC复合涂层组织和硬度的影响 被引量:2

Effect of Laser Cladding Processing Parameters on Microstructures and Microhardness of Ni-Based WC Coating

摘要 采用HL-5000型横流CO_2激光加工机,在不锈钢表面制备了表面平整、细密、消除了裂纹与孔隙并与基体呈冶金结合的WC复合涂层。通过SEM,EDAX,XRD,HXD-1000TMC型显微硬度计分析了熔覆层的显微组织、成分、物相,测试了激光熔覆层的显微硬度。结果表明,随着扫描速度增加,熔覆层组织变得细小均匀,在涂层与基体之间实现冶金结合的前提下,随着扫描速度增加,激光熔覆层的显微硬度也有所提高。 The laser cladding WC composite coating of smooth, fine microstructure eliminating porosities and cracks on the surfact of Stainless Steel was gained with 5.0 kW continuous wave CO2 laser. Microstructures, composition, phase of the coating were investigated by means of SEM,EDAX,XRD,HXD-1000TMC, and microhardness was measured. Results indicate that the laser cladding with increase of the scanning speed, the microstructure become tiny and uniform. Under coating were well bonded with the based metal, with increase of the scanning speed, while microhardness was increased.
