ZM5镁合金表面激光重熔的显微结构分析 被引量:2

摘要 镁合金耐蚀性差,从而限制了镁合金的广泛应用。激光表面工程是在高能激光束流的作用下于金属表面形成一熔化的薄层而在工业上广为应用。采用铸造的Mg-A1系合金ZM5进行激光表面重熔以求达到改变表面显微组织和提高耐蚀性的目的。对ZM5合金表面的改性组织及重熔后试样的耐蚀性进行了表征。 Poor corrosion resistance is a major obstacle in widespread application of Mg alloys. And laser surface engineering has been widely applied in industrial processes due to inducing melting of a thin layer on metal surface when operated at higher intensity. In the present study, cast Mg-Al alloy ZM5 was subjected to laser surface melting with a view to modifying microstructure and improving the corrosion resistance. The analysis of the microstructure and corrosion resistance of the ZM5 a llov was performed.
