摘要
通过金相显微镜(OM)、扫描电镜(SEM)、能谱分析(EDS)及X射线衍射分析(XRD)研究了添加微量的稀土元素Ce对含2%Ca的AZ102微观组织形貌的影响;并利用质量损失腐蚀、电化学腐蚀及腐蚀形貌对合金在3.5%NaCl溶液中的腐蚀行为进行研究。结果表明,添加0.5%的稀土元素Ce,铸态组织得到明显细化,耐腐蚀性能提高。
The effects of rare earth element cerium on microstructure of added 2% Ca AZ102 magnesium alloys were investigated by OM, SEM, EDS and XRD. The mass loss measurement, electrochemical corrosion technique and corrosion morphology were employed to study their corrosion behaviour in 3.5%NaCl solution. The results indicate that the casting microstructure is obviously refined and the corrosion resistance is significantly improved when the addition of Ce is 0.5%.
