摘要
采用超音速电弧喷涂技术和微弧等离子喷涂技术,在45钢基体上分别制备了Ni-Cr基复合涂层和Ni-Cr/ZrO2梯度涂层。研究了涂层的冲蚀磨损性能,并对涂层的冲蚀磨损形貌及冲蚀磨损机理进行了分析。结果表明,随着冲蚀角度的增大,Ni-Cr基复合涂层与Ni-Cr/ZrO2梯度涂层的冲蚀率都呈现先增加后减小的趋势,并且大约在60°冲蚀角时,冲蚀率达到最大值。
Ni-Cr composite coating and Ni-Cr/ZrO2 gradient coating were respectively deposited on surface of 45 steel by supersonic arc spraying and micro-plasma spraying. The erosion wear resistance of the coating was studied; the erosion wear micrograph and mechanism were analyzed. The results show that the erosion rate of Ni-Cr composite coating and Ni-Cr/ZrO2 gradient coating increases firstly, then decrease with the increase of erosion angle, which approximately to the maximum at 60° erosion angle.
