摘要
30CrNi2MoVA钢热处理后具有高的屈服强度和冲击韧度,且淬透性较好,淬火时变形小;切削加工性能好,具有较高的综合力学性能,主要用于承受较大冲击载荷和振动的重要结构件。为此,通过一定的工艺试验对这种钢的热处理性能进行进一步的探索,从而确定特定性能下的热处理工艺规范。
The high yield strength and impact toughness of 30CrNi2MoVA steel after heart treatment cab be obtained, and the good hardenability and small quenching deformation can be acquired as well. This high comprehensive mechanical property steel is aiming at the important structure received higher impact load and intensive vibration. So it is meaningful to further study its heat treatment performance by process test, so that the heat treatment process standard is established to meet special requirement.
