伴有梭形细胞分化的小肠原发T细胞淋巴瘤1例

Primary T cell lymphoma of the small intestine with spindle cell differentiation:a case report

胃肠道淋巴瘤多发生于胃,小肠原发少见,且多为B细胞型.由于其起病隐匿、无典型的临床表现、预后差、目前缺乏有效的小肠检查手段,漏诊率及误诊率比较大.肠病相关性T细胞淋巴瘤伴有梭形细胞分化的病例尚未见报道.本文就无锡市第三人民医院最近的1例伴有梭形细胞分化的肠病相关性T细胞淋巴瘤进行分析讨论.

The vast majority of gastrointestinal lymphomas are B-cell lymphomas, often occurring in the stomach and rarely in small bowel. Due to insid- ious onset, atypical clinical manifestations, poor prognosis, and lack of effective diagnostic tools, primary T cell lymphoma of the small intestine has higher rates of misdiagnosis and missed diagnosis. Enteropathy-associated T-cell lym- phoma with spindle cell differentiation has not been reported yet. Here we report such a case in a 60-year-old man.
