摘要
采用爆炸焊接的方法制备复合板后,复合板的低温冲击性能发生剧烈下降。针对这一现象,采用金相检验、扫描电镜和透射电镜分析法,对爆炸复合前后材料的微观组织进行了对比。结果表明,爆炸焊接后复合板晶粒内部产生了大量的位错团,使材料晶粒内部位错密度升高,从而导致材料的低温冲击性能下降。
A clad plate was prepared by explosive welding,however,after welding,the impact properties of the plate decrease obviously.The optical microscope,scanning electron microscope and transmission electron microscope were used to investigate the microstructure of the materials.The results indicate that a mass of dislocations emerge in the grain of the materials after explosive welding and the density of dislocations in the grains increases,which can lead to the distinctly decrease of material impact property.
