摘要
对于壁厚基本均匀的炉围壳体铸钢件,按照均衡凝固理论的铸钢件动态顺序凝固原则进行铸造工艺设计;利用凝固过程自补缩,可使铸件表面质量好,无缩孔、缩松等铸造缺陷,工艺出品率大大提高。
For the stove shell steel casting with basic even thickness of wall,the casting process was designed according to the casting steel development sequence solidification method of proportional solidification theory.Using self-feeding in solidification can make good surface quality,no shrinkage casting defects of castings;the technology product yield of the casting greatly increases.
