摘要
应用有限元软件Ansys/ls-dyna模拟了细腰螺栓冷拉伸滚压的加工过程,分析了冷拉伸滚压加工工件的金属塑性流动规律;通过分析寻找现有拉伸滚压加工工艺的不足之处,为后续工艺的改进提供指导意义。
The cold tension-assisted rolling forming process for small-waist bolt was simulated by finite element numerical simulation software Ansys/Ls-dyna,the material flow characteristics of the workpiece were analyzed.Analyzing the shortage of the process provides some reference for the improvement of cold tension-assisted rolling forming.
