Numerical Simulation on Drawing Forming for Elliptical Box-like Part Without Flange

鉴于无凸缘椭圆盒形件拉深过程中板料变形的复杂性,在制件模具参数与工艺设计基础上进行了拉深成形的数值模拟,研究了椭圆度(轴比)对拉深变形端口的平齐度以及冲模速度对拉深成形的影响,对类似椭圆形件的工艺与模具设计具有参考作用。

In view of the forming complexity of elliptical box-like part without flange in drawing process,based on the design of die parameter and technology,the effect of axial ratio on the port neatness of drawing distortion and punch speed on drawing forming was numerically simulated and studied.The results have reference function to drawing process and die design of similar elliptical box-like parts.
