摘要
采用Autform软件对某汽车覆盖件成形过程中进行正交试验模拟分析,研究了拉深筋强度因数和压边力大小对零件最终成形结果参数材料最大减薄率、零件可成形性和材料最大主应力的影响,发现拉深筋强度因数和压边力对汽车覆盖件成形结果影响显著,其中影响较大的是拉深筋强度因数。
The forming process for automotive panel was simulated and analyzed by orthogonal experiment based on Autoform software.The influences of intensity factor of drawbead and blank holder force on the processing parameters: thinning ratio,formability and major strain in the process of sheet metal forming were studied.The results show that the influence of drawbead and binder force on forming quality were remarkable,and the drawbead parameters have greater effect.
