摘要
通过拉伸、冲击和金相等试验方法对16MnR低合金钢MAG焊接接头力学性能与显微组织进行了研究。结果表明:采用JM-56焊丝对16MnR钢进行焊接时,接头具有较好的抗剪强度和低温冲击性能;焊缝组织为沿着柱状晶晶界析出块状先共析铁素体,晶内为细小密集的针状铁素体,也有极少量珠光体;熔合区、过热区为沿晶界析出块状先共析铁素体和向晶内生长的条状铁素体以及少量的珠光体和贝氏体;母材组织为铁素体和珠光体。
By stretching,impact and metallographic test methods,the microstructure and mechanical properties of 16MnR low alloy steel MAG welded joint were studied.The results show that,using JM-56 to 16MnR low alloy steel as wire welding,the connector has good shear strength and low-temperature impact toughness;the weld microstructure is massive first Eutectoid ferrite which precipitating along the columnar crystal,thene is intragranular for tiny intensive acicular ferrite,and very few pearlite;fusion area,along the reaserch weeken for Eutectoid ferrite and massive first Intragran ular grow up to the strip ferrite and small amounts of pearlite and bainite;the base microstructure is ferrite and pearlite.
