摘要
采用TIG方法焊接1Crl8Ni9Ti奥氏体不锈钢,对工艺参数对接头性能的影响进行正交试验分析,同时对焊接接头的耐蚀性能进行了分析。试验结果表明:接头抗拉强度的最优参数为:焊接电流为40A、钨极直径为1.6mm、氩气流量为6 L/min;焊接电流越大,接头耐蚀性越差。
1Cr18Ni9Ti austenitic stainless steel sheet was realized by TIG welding,the influence of welding parameters on the mechanical properties of the austenitic stainless steel welded joint by orthogonal experiments were studied,and the corrosion resistance of the welded joint was also studied.The results show that the optimal parameters for the optimum tensile strength of welded joint are that the welding current is 40 A,the diameter of tungsten electrode is 1.6 mm and the flow rate of argon is 6 L/min;while the welding current increases,the corrosion resistance of the welded joint declines.
