摘要
采用有限元数值仿真技术对冷拉伸滚压成形过程进行了模拟仿真,得出了冷拉伸滚压成形过程中工件内部应力、应变场的分布情况和分布特点以及材料的流动特性。模拟结果合理地解释了冷拉伸滚压成形件内部材料缺陷产生机理及缺陷产生的条件,为冷拉伸滚压成形技术的理论研究及实际应用提供了参考。
The process of tension-assisted cold rolling forming was simulated by using the technology of finite element numerical simulation,the distribution and characteristics of workpiece's internal stress and strain and material flow characteristics were got.The simulation results explain the defect of interior material in tension-assisted cold rolling forming,and provide some reference for the theory research and practical application of tension-assisted cold rolling forming.
