摘要
肝脏CT灌注成像是一种新兴功能成像技术,通过同层动态扫描获得多种灌注参数,对肝动脉和门静脉血流变化进行定量分析,进而反映肝癌形成过程中的血流动力学改变。目前,CT灌注成像技术在原发性肝癌中的研究较多,但对肝癌灌注参数的分析较零散。因此,笔者对多层螺旋CT灌注成像技术在原发性肝癌血流动力学变化方面的研究作一综述。
CT perfusion imaging of liver is an emerging imaging technology, a variety of perfusion parameters can be obtained through the dynamic scans of same level to make quantitative analysis on the blood flow changes of the hepatic artery and portal vein, further to reflect the hemodynamics in the development of liver cancer. Currently, more CT perfusion imaging studies are on primary hepatic carcinoma, but the analysis of perfusion parameters is fragmented. Therefore, the purpose of this paper is to make a review on the CT perfusion techniques in the studies of hemodynamic changes in primary hepatic carcinoma.
