通用旋转组合设计优化绿僵菌发酵培养基的研究

摘要 为了降低成本,增加产孢量对绿僵菌的发酵培养基进行优化,本实验采用通用旋转组合设计试验方法,建立了玉米粉、豆粉、麦壳、麦麸、小米与绿僵菌发酵培养基参数间关系的经验数学模型,确定绿僵菌M126较优的发酵培养基组成为玉米粉29g,麦麸22g,麦壳12g,豆粉5g,小米0.5g。在此优化培养基条件下25℃培养七天,绿僵菌M126产孢量可以达到0.59×1011个/mL。
