摘要
依据Pb-Sb合金二元相图,确定了铅锑合金87%Pb-13%Sb的质量配比。分析铅锑合金的熔炼工艺特点,制定了熔制铅锑中间合金以及二次重熔法生产工艺,将其熔点控制在250-280℃,节约了熔炼工艺成本。通过选择合理浇注位置以及采用挂锡、预热、强制冷却等措施,达到了控制索节连接质量的目的。
Based on Pb-Sb binary phase diagrams,the smelting processing features of lead-antimony alloys was analyzed and the compositions was defined as 87%Pb-13%Sb in mass ratio.The processing parameters of the lead-antimony master alloy smelting and the re-smelting was determined and the melting point was controlled ranging 250-280 ℃,so the cost of smelting was reduced.Through the design of the proper pouring position,preheating,forced cooling,tin coatings,the joining quality of socket was improved.
