摘要
以楔形导光板为例,用MoldFlow软件模拟不同的水路间距(X)、水路与产品之间的距离(Y)以及水路温度对冷却时间,产品冷却至顶出温度时间、平均温差达5℃需要的时间、产品翘曲变形等的影响,找出最佳水路设定。分析得出使产品均冷却效果最显著的方法,是改变水路与产品间的距离。
Based on the Software of MoldFlow,the effects of cooling channel positions on light guide plate was optimized by changing the cooling channel positions in X-axis,and Y-axis to get the reasonable cooling time,mold temperature,and cooling water temperature and cooling time needed for the average temperature difference of products with in 5 ℃ and in the least warping.By analysis the results the best water channel position was designed.
