摘要 设计了一种防镶件孔溢油的注射成型模仁(入子)结构。利用排气原理,在入子上开设排气槽结构,入子和母模仁之间的配合间隙与排气槽相连通形成连续的气路,结合模板中的进气通道,将保养模具的防锈油及时彻底地从镶件孔中吹出至模仁表面并清除干净,保证了成型产品的表面质量,显著降低了模具成本,提高了生产效率,适用于模仁上带镶件孔,尤其是产品表面要求较高的高亮面模具,具有很好的应用前景和实际意义。 A new kind of insert structure to avoid oil spilling from insert hole was designed in this paper,which uses the principle of exhaust.The vent was set in the mould insert,so the connected loop was produced between vent and tolerance clearance.By use of the air intake channel in top plate,the anti-rust oil was blown away form the insert hole to the surface of fixed mould.With this innovative insert structure,the surface quality of plastics is got improved,at the same time,the mould cost is reduced and the productive efficiency gets raised.This kind of insert structure can be used to the fixed mould with insert hole,especially to the mould with high polished surface.
