摘要
采用低氢型渣系,开发了工艺性能优良的Ni690焊条。研究了Ni690焊条熔敷金属中Nb和Mn对拉伸性能的影响,结果表明:随着Nb含量从1.15%增加到3.24%,熔敷金属强度增加,断后伸长率下降;随着Mn含量从3.99%增加到4.44%,熔敷金属强度和断后伸长率变化不大。最后进行了Ni690焊条熔敷金属腐蚀试验。结果表明,Ni690焊条熔敷金属具有优良的耐晶间腐蚀、均匀腐蚀和应力腐蚀性能。
The good usability of the nickel-based alloy electrode was developed with low hydrogen type.The mechanical properties of the deposited metal were studied by varying the contents of Nb and Mn.The results showed that the strength of the deposited metal increases and its elongation decreases when the content of Nb increases from 1.15% to 3.24%,and its strength and elongation varied little when the content of Mn increase from 3.99% to 4.44% .At last,the corrosion and metallographic tests were carried out.The corrosion results showed that the deposited metal of Ni690 electrode shows good intergranular corrosion,uniform corrosion and stress corrosion resistance.
