摘要
主要介绍所研制出的铁路敞车端墙机器人焊接生产线的结构特点及应用状况。概括了端墙结构与其焊接生产特点,对二种不同类型机器人焊接生产线的结构特点进行了说明。同时还对二种机器人焊接生产线中机器人和工位的布置、工件传输方式、焊接过程、空间工作安全等一系列问题作了介绍。
The structure characteristics and application condition of robot welding production lines used in the welding process of railway gondola car side wall were mainly introduced.It also summarized the side wall structure and its characteristics of welding production.Two different types of robot welding production lines in common were also described.While the arrangement of robots and stations,workpiece transmission mode,welding process,space working safety and other questions of the two type of robot welding production lines were also introduced.
