摘要
研究了AZ31镁合金搅拌摩擦焊的焊缝成形、微观组织和力学性能。试验结果表明,随着旋转速度的增加,焊缝金属的塑性流动得到改善,孔洞消失;随着焊接速度的提高,焊核区晶体的动态再结晶得到抑制,晶粒被细化。最佳的工艺参数:旋转速度1 000 r/min,焊接速度45 mm/min,接头抗拉强度系数可达63.7%。
The weld appearance,microstructure and mechanical properties of friction stir welded joints of AZ31 magnesium alloy were investigated. The plastic flow of the weld metal is improved and the cavities disappear with the rotation speed being increased.With the welding speed being increased,the grain growth accompanied by the dynamic recrystallization in the weld nugget is restrained,and the grain becomes fine. The optimum welding parameters for the friction stir welding of 4 mm AZ31 Mg alloy sheet is that the rotation speed is 1000 r/min and the welding speed is 45 mm/min.The tensile strength coefficient of AZ31 Mg alloy is up to 63.7%.
