摘要
以反向热挤压4032合金大型挤压棒为研究对象,采用X′pertMRD型X-射线衍射仪分析了不同部位的织构,研究了变形程度对织构的影响。结果表明,4032合金挤压棒中存在强的<111>织构和相对较弱的<100>织构。
Effects of deformation rate on the texture structure in 4032 large bar produced by counter extrusion were investigated by means of X′pert MRDX-ray diffraction. The results show that there exist strong 111texture and relatively weak 100 texture in the hot extruded aluminum alloy bars.
