复合热加工技术在汽车转向节成形中的应用 被引量:2

Application of Casting and Forging Compound Hot Process in Car Steering Knuckle

摘要 在A356铝合金汽车转向节的成形过程中,制定的技术路线为铸造锻造复合成形技术。同时借助铸造模拟软件Adstefan和锻造模拟软件Deform,对加工过程进行系统模拟,及时预测可能存在的问题,并反复优化工艺方案。并对生产的转向节零件毛坯进行解剖分析,测试力学性能。试验结果和模拟结果基本一致,最后验证了这一热加工技术的优势和实用性。 Casting and forging compound hot process was adopted to produce A356 aluminum alloy car steering knuckle, and product process was visualized with the help of the Adstefan and the Deform software to predict the potential defects and to optimize the processing design. The produced steering knuckle based on the compound technology was observed and its mechanical properties were tested to verify the availability of the simulated results. Finally, the advantages and feasibility of the casting and forging compound hot technology were validated.
