摘要
叶轮的叶片薄而多,且呈弧形,成形零件是叶轮压铸模设计和加工的难点。设计给出的叶轮压铸模结构。成形铸件10个叶片的型腔由5个定模镶件和5个定模镶件镶拼而成,既便于模具制造,又便于在镶件配合面上设置排气槽。模具结构紧凑,工作可靠,操作方便。
Due to the impeller with many thin blades and the arc shaped, the difficulty point of design and working is the part formation in die casting mould. Design structure of die casting mould was presented, and production ways for part formation were described. Cavity of ten blades in forming parts was designed with inlaying five fixed inserts and five moving inserts, which was not only beneficial for mould making, but also beneficial for setting exhausting slot. The mould exhibits the feature of compact structure and reliable running performance as well as convenient operation.
