仿古旅游工艺品铜鼓的铸造生产

Investment Casting Bronze Drum Artware for Tourism

采用熔模铸造技术制备了仿古旅游工艺品———铜鼓。铜鼓呈平面曲腰状,壁厚较薄,中空无底。鼓型上有精细饰纹,复杂的图案纹线凸起处仅有0.1-0.2mm,结构精致小巧,材料选用锡青铜合金,模料采用石蜡-硬脂酸。经制壳-焙烧-浇注,成功铸造出铜鼓。

Imitation antique bronze drum for tourism was produced by investment casting. The bronze drum with thin wall and hollow structure exhibits plane shape with curved waist, and there is delicious ornamentation on the drum mould, where concave dermal ridge on complicated pattern is only 0.1-0.2 mm, exhibiting smart and delicacy structure. Bronze copper was used, and wax pattern making adopted paraffin and stearic acid . The bronze drum was produced successfully by shell-making and pouring.
