占空比对6061铝合金微弧氧化膜层结构与耐蚀性的影响 被引量:7

Effect of Pulse Duty Cycles on Structure and Corrosion Resistance of Microarc Oxidation Films on 6061 Al Alloy

摘要 研究双极性脉冲电源的阴、阳极占空比对6061铝合金微弧氧化陶瓷膜层的组成、结构、形貌及耐蚀性的影响。研究发现,阴、阳极占空比da/dc对膜层的组成、形貌、耐蚀性及生长过程均有明显的影响。da+dc<1时,成膜层速率缓慢;膜层的表面粗糙度和莫来石所占比例随阴、阳极占空比da/dc的增大而增大;da/dc比值过大或过小均不利于获得致密性良好的MAO膜层以提高其耐蚀性能;若da/dc≠1。 The effects of cathodic anodic duty cycles ratio of a bipolar square pulse power source on constitute,structure,surface morphology and corrosion resistance of microarc oxidation ceramic film’s were investigated. The results show that cathodic anodic duty cycles have important influence on the film’s thickness,structure,morphology as well as corrosion resistance. Firstly,the surface roughness and mullite phase are increased with the the increese ratio of cathodic anodic duty cycles. Secondly,a moderate da/dc is a key to obtain desirable corrosion resistance on MAO ceramics films. The duty cycle ratio also influences the film growth pattern. With da/dc≠1,the anodic voltage jumps suddenly in the third stage of the microarc oxidation time-growth curve.
