摘要
目的探讨手术对老年患者认知功能的影响。方法选择山西医科大学第一附属医院静脉全身麻醉下手术且年龄超过60岁的老年患者100例(心脏手术除外),使用认知能力筛查测验评估患者术前术后认知功能。结果老年患者的认知功能术后低于术前,除去新近记忆和语言指标项目中改变不明显外,其他7项都有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论手术可以使老年患者认知功能下降。
Objective To preliminary analyse the influence of the surgery about the cognitive function in elderly patients.Methods To select one hundred cases elder patients than sixty years old under general anesthesia and scheduled surgery from the First Affiliated hospital of shanxi medical university（except cardiac surgery）,and assessed the preoperative and postoperative cognitive function with cognitive abilities screening instrument.Results The postoperative cognitive function was lower than the preoperative except the recent memory and language.And other seven was significant（P 0.05）.Conclusion The surgery may make the deline of the cognitive dysfunction in elderly patients.
