卵巢原发性鳞状细胞癌1例 被引量：1

摘要 卵巢癌是发生于卵巢组织的恶性肿瘤,病理组织类型复杂,以腺癌多见,笔者所在科室最近收治1例卵巢原发性鳞状细胞癌患者。本例患者因"下腹痛"确诊为"卵巢原发性鳞状细胞癌",并行"肿瘤细胞减灭术"及"泰素+卡铂"化疗2周期。目前病情稳定。鉴于卵巢原发性鳞状细胞癌的低发病率,目前尚没有明确的诊断及治疗措施,许多研究认为最好的治疗措施是肿瘤细胞减灭术后辅以卡铂或顺铂加紫杉醇化疗。卵巢鳞状细胞癌的预后比其他类型卵巢上皮癌要差。
