慢性胃炎不同证型患者舌苔脱落细胞周期及其EGFR的研究

Study on Cell Cycle and Epidermal Growth Factor Receptor of Tongue Coating Exfoliative Cells of Chronic Gastritis Patient with Different Types of Chinese Medical Syndromes

目的:探讨慢性胃炎病症结合患者舌苔脱落细胞周期及其表皮生长因子受体(EGFR)的表达。方法:慢性胃炎患者辨证分为脾气虚组、脾胃湿热组、胃阴虚组、胃络瘀阻组,健康志愿者为正常对照组,用流式细胞仪检测各组舌苔脱落细胞的周期,免疫组化染色观察舌苔脱落细胞EGFR表达。结果:脾胃湿热证及胃络瘀阻证患者舌苔脱落细胞S期细胞高于脾气虚证及胃阴虚证患者,EGFR显著上调,差异均有显著性意义(P<0.05)。结论:慢性胃炎虚实证患者舌苔与细胞周期密切相关,EGFR表达上调可能为其形成机制之一。

Objective To study Cell Cycle and Epidermal Growth Factor Receptor（EGFR） of Tongue Coating Exfoliative Cells of Chronic Gastritis Patient with Different Types of Chinese Medical Syndromes.Methods Chronic Gastritis patients were randomly divided into Spleen Qi-deficiency Syndrome group,Spleen-stomach Damp-heat Syndrome group,Stomach Yin-deficiency Syndrome group and Stomach blood-stasis Syndrome group.Healthy volunteer was Control group.Cell cycle of exfoliative cells of Tongue Coating was detected by Flow cytometry.The expression of EGFR was observed by immunocytochemistry.Results The amounts of cells in S phase and the expression of EGFR of Tongue Coating exfoliative cells in Spleen-stomach Damp-heat Syndrome group and Stomach blood-stasis Syndrome group were significantly higher than those in Spleen Qi-deficiency Syndrome group and Stomach Yin-deficiency Syndrome group（P 〈 0.05）.Conclusion The tongue coatings of hronic gastritis patients with different Chinese medical syndromes are correlative to cell cycle and the up-regulation of EGFR expression may be one of the mechanisms of tongue coating’s formation
