基于动作技能学习与控制理论的背越式跳高教学方法研究 被引量:4

摘要 背越式跳高是目前最佳的、应用范围最广的跳高姿势,但由于种种原因,它一直是田径教学的难点。为了突破背越式跳高教学的困境和推动背越式跳高动作的普及,基于动作技能学习与控制理论,提出了背越式跳高的新教法。在翔实文献回顾、教学实验的基础上,首先从高组织性技能特点、开环控制方式、一般程序理论三个方面对新教法的理论进行了分析,然后对背越式跳高教学的助跑、起跳环节进行了影响分析,最后提出了相应的结论与建议。 Presently fosbury flop is the best and most popular jumping posture.But it is always the difficult point of track and field teaching for various reasons.On the basis of the theory of motor skill learning and control,the authors put forward the new teaching method of fosbury flop to break through the puzzle dom of fosbury flop teaching and promote the popularization of fosbury flop movement.On the basis of literature review and teaching experiment,the authors firstly analyzed the theory of new teaching from three aspects: the characteristics of high organization skill,the pattern of open-loop control and general procedure theory.Then the authors analyzed the influence of run up and take-off section.At last the authors put forward corresponding conclusion and advice.
