摘要
采用单因素准实验设计,检验小群体教学模式对普通高校健美操教学效果的影响,旨在探讨小群体教学模式在健美操普修课教学中应用的方法与成效。经过为期18周教学实验,对参与实验的150名大学生的专项成绩、身体素质、运动参与态度和团体凝聚力等指标进行检验,结果表明:小群体教学模式在健美操教学中应用,有助于增强学生的学习兴趣和主体感受,提高学生掌握健美操技能;有助于学生团体凝聚力的增加;小群体教学模式对教师在教学设计和实施能力上有更高的要求。
Through testing the teaching effects of small-group teaching mode with quasi-experiments,the research aims to explore the teaching methods and results of small-group teaching mode on the application of calisthenics class in college.With the participation of 150 students in the 18-week experiment,the research made an inspection of their special performance,physical quality,sports participatory attitude and mental health,which showed that small-group teachingmode on the application of calisthenics class helped to enhance the students' learning interest and improved their aerobics skill;and it also helped to strengthen their group cohesion.In turn,the teaching mode placed higher expectations on the teacher's teaching design and implementation ability.
