我国田径比赛积分排名制实行现状及对运动成绩的影响研究

The Implementation Status of China's Track and Field Competition Ranking System and its Impact on the Athletic Performance

通过文献资料、专家访谈、问卷调查和数理统计等主要研究法,对我国田径比赛积分排名制的实行现状和我国田径比赛积分排名制的实行对我国田径项目运动成绩的影响等方面进行全面而深入地分析与研究。研究结果表明:在个体层面上,教练员和运动员对我国田径比赛积分排名制均有较高的认同感。其中,教练员显得更为积极主动,且教练员对具体实行办法的认识和理解更为深刻,但仍然需要以国家利益为重进一步调整;在总体层面上,从自身角度对我国田径比赛积分排名制进行客观地评价,大部分人都对其持积极的、肯定的态度,促进运动员积极参赛与培养运动员连续大强度的参赛能力,赞成在下一全运周期继续实行;自2004年实行田径比赛积分排名制以来,对我国田径运动项目的整体水平的提高起到了积极的推动作用。

with methods of literature review,expert interviews,questionnaire survey,statistics and logical analysis,the purpose of the paper is to analyze the implementation status of China＇s track and field competition ranking system and the impact of China＇s track and field competition ranking system on the implementation of China＇s athletic events.The results show that,at the micro level,coaches,players and managers have a higher sense of identity on the ranking system of China.Coaches and management staff could be more proactive.Especially,the coaches have more profound awareness and understanding on its implementation;At the macro level,most people in the three groups,if from their own perspectives to objectively evaluation the system,are positive to the system.Therefore,the paper proposes to arouse the initiative of the athletes,cultivate their capacity to consecutively join in high-intensity competition and promote the continuity of the system in the next round of National Games.Since the track and field competition ranking system was introduced in 2004,it has greatly promoted the overall level of China＇s track and field events.
