纵横联系法在药物分析教学中的运用

Practice of teaching model of vertical and horizontal integration of knowledge in course of pharmaceutical analysis

本文结合教学实际,以巴比妥类药物为例,从化学结构、理化性质、鉴别、特殊杂质检查和含量测定等方面,对纵横联系法教学模式在药物分析教学中的实践进行了较为系统而深入的探讨,从而引导学生形成科学的、正确的思维方式和学习方法。这一教学方法的运用较好的培养了学生理解、分析、综合、比较和评价等能力。

On the basis of teaching practice,taking the analysis of barbiturates for example,the application of the teaching model of vertical and horizontal integration of knowledge in the course of pharmaceutical pnalysis was systematically and thoroughly discussed,in terms of the chemical structure,physical and chemical properties,identification,special impurity test and quantitative determination,so as to guide students to form a scientific and proper way of thinking and learning.Benefited from this teaching method,the students developed better abilities of understanding,analysis,synthesis,comparison and evaluation.
