摘要
本文主要探讨我国海洋溢油应急处置工作存在的标准化问题以及加强我国海洋溢油应急处置标准化工作的对策。
The paper mainly discusses on the standardized problems of emergency response and treatment of oil spills and proposes some measures to solve the problems.
