提高居民集抄系统上线率措施探讨

The way to increase the on-line rate of centralized recording ammeter system in power supply enterprises

随着通信技术的不断发展,远程抄表成为可能。供电企业需求侧监测中心自建立以来,远程抄表范围已经从用电大客户扩展到城乡居民用户,但由于居民表计存在运行数量大、安装范围广的特点,需求侧管理系统上线率较之以前却有所降低。分析需求侧管理系统上线率低的原因,提出改进的技术措施和组织措施,提高居民集抄系统的上线率,进而提高整个需求侧管理系统的上线率。

As the development of communications technology,recording ammeter remotely has become true. Since the construction of demand-side monitoring center,the range of recording ammeter remotely has expanded from large customers to the ordinary residents. Because the residents’ ammeter is large in stir and extensive in installation range,on-line rate becomes lower than before. We will discuss how to increase on-line rate of the centralized recording ammeter system by the organizational measures and technical measures,and then,increase the whole on-line rate of demand-side monitoring system.
