深层凝析气井完井工艺技术优化应用

摘要 对于深层凝析气井,完井工艺应考虑腐蚀介质的影响,保证安全采气,还应满足射孔、采气工艺、井下作业和自喷期产量的要求,且随着凝析气藏开发进入不同的阶段,必须对完井工艺进行适时优化,才能满足凝析气藏开发生产的需要。对雅克拉、大涝坝等深层凝析气藏完井工艺在井下工具、管径、材质、射孔等方面进行研究和优化,通过实际应用,取得了良好效果。 For deep gas condensate wells,well completion process should not only consider the impact of corrosive media to ensure safe gas production,but also meet the need of perforation,gas production tech,down hole operation and production requirement of the flowing well,and with different development stages for gas condensate reservoir,only optimizing completion process timely,the need for development and production of gas condensate reservoir can be satisfied. Research and optimization on downhole tools,pipe diameter,material,perforating and other aspects of completion technology for deep gas condensate reservoir in Yakela,Dalaoba are conducted,and good results are achieved through practical application.
