川渝地区水平井裸眼封隔器分段酸化工艺

Sub-Acidification Tech of Open Hole Packer for Horizontal Well in Sichuan and Chongqing

针对水平井酸化水平段长,沿水平段储层的非均质性与污染程度不同,酸化时酸液在水平段的有效与合理置放等问题,研制出水平井裸眼分段酸化封隔器并投入现场应用。在介绍水平井伤害特点、酸化难点与有针对性的酸液体系基础上,介绍了该水平井裸眼封隔器的结构特点、技术指标、工艺原理、使用要点与在川渝地区现场应用情况。经现场应用表明该水平井裸眼封隔器性能可靠,应用效果良好。

According to problems of long horizontal section,the reservoir heterogeneity and different levels of pollution along the horizontal section,the effective and rational placement of acidification of acid in the horizontal section,a sub-acidification of open hole packer for horizontal well is developed and put into field application.Based on Damage characteristics of horizontal well,difficulties and targeted acidification acid system,the structure characteristics,technical specifications,process theory,the use of points and field application in Sichuan and Chongqing have been introduced.Field application shows that the open hole horizontal well packer is reliable and has a good results.
