摘要
中美经济虽然具有很大的互补性,但彼此之间新的贸易摩擦难以避免,表层原因是两国之间贸易的不平衡,深层原因是中国的崛起构成了对美国的竞争,特别是新技术领域内的竞争。美国发动对华贸易摩擦时不仅善于利用国际法规则,而且具有国内法根据,中国企业往往难以招架。我国外向型出口企业应根据美国近期对华贸易摩擦的特点,采取合法应对措施,绕开摩擦,把自己的产业做大做强。
There is a large complementary relationship between Chinese and American economy, but the new trade friction can not be avoided. On a superficial level, there is an imbalance between Chinese and American trade, and on a deeper level, China＇s rising leads the competition with America, especially the competition of new technology. It is difficult for China to deal with the trade friction caused by America, because America not only use the international rules, but also has the proof of national laws. Export-oriented enterprises should adopt legal countermeasures to avoid friction according to the characteristics of trade friction by America for the recent time, and to make our industry larger and stronger.
